The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients. Responsibilities 1. Working to a brief, which details what space will be used for, and finding out the principal designer's personal ideas and requirements 2. Inspecting and surveying new site and buildings 3. Setting schedules for the project 4. Carrying out research, to make sure that plans are technically feasible 5. Producing rough sketches and a mood board - a collection of suitable images, colours and materials 7. Developing detailed designs, often using AutoCAD, Sketch up & Rendering softwares 8. Choosing the most appropriate materials for the design and budget 9. Supervising the work as it is carried out Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite Strong creative and communication skills Demonstrated ability to execute Personal vehicle with valid driving license
