Planning Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor

(Preferred Male Candidates for the role)

• Experience required will be 5-8 years.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• A sound understanding of safety protocols.
• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor Engineer in the real estate industry
• In-depth knowledge of quantity surveying principles, practices, and techniques
• Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

o Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project teams to establish project timelines and milestones.
• Prepare documentation and reports on project costs and financial performance.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans related to project schedule.
• Analyse project plans and specifications to determine the quantity and cost of materials, equipment, and labour required.
• Conduct site visits to gather relevant data and assess project progress.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support the project team in resolving cost-related issues and change orders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quantity surveying.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare tender documentation.
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
• Assist in value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs.
• Manage variations and change orders during project execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
