Site Engineer (Civil)

As a Civil Construction Supervisor, your role involves supervising, monitoring, and coordinating civil construction activities on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring that work execution is in accordance with drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards. Managing the workforce, subcontractors, and site operations effectively will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will need to prepare daily progress reports, coordinate with the project manager, handle site inspections, and ensure the timely completion of project milestones. It will also be your responsibility to monitor material usage and maintain proper documentation while resolving any technical issues and providing guidance to junior engineers. Your qualifications and experience should include a Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil construction. You should possess a strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is essential. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills will also be required for this role. The job is full-time and requires in-person work at the construction site.
