IT Manager

As an IT Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing daily IT operations to ensure the smooth functioning of network infrastructure, servers, databases, hardware, and software systems. Your role will involve leading the IT team in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting technology systems to meet the organization's objectives. You will manage IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and deployments, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. It will be your responsibility to develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested. As part of your role, you will evaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance efficiency and support business growth. Managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts for software, hardware, and services, and monitoring IT performance metrics will also be key aspects of your job. You will provide technical support and training to users across the organization to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and security standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, etc., will be crucial in this role. You will be required to provide regular reports to senior leadership on IT performance metrics and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
