Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar & Schedule Management:
• Maintain and manage the Director’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
• Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings and ensure timely reminders.
• Communication & Correspondence:
• Act as the first point of contact for the Director – screen calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Director.
• Travel & Logistics:
• Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
• Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements.
• Meeting Preparation:
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings.
• Gather, compile, and present necessary data, reports, and presentations.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage filing systems (both digital and physical) and maintain records confidentially.
• Handle personal errands and ad hoc tasks for the Director as required.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the Director.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
