Support Specialist

As a Travelclub Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance to Travelclub customers in booking Flights, Hotels, and other ground services. Your role will involve utilizing your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer queries effectively. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnosing and resolving basic technical or functional issues faced by customers - Handling calls, emails, and chats from customers or clients to provide solutions to their queries - Taking ownership of every customer issue or request - Ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns to maintain service quality - Setting and achieving goals to prevent escalations and uphold service standards Qualifications & Skills: - Prior experience in supporting online platforms - Good understanding of computer systems - Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills - Customer-oriented, cool-tempered, positive, and confident - Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking - Willingness to work in rotational shifts Additional Details: This position offers full-time, permanent employment with benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
