Support Specialist

As a GenAI Support Specialist at BCForward, you will contribute to the Security Engineering, Automation & Operations function for Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies. Your role involves continuous 24x7 monitoring, triage, and resolution of incidents related to Generative AI systems and services. You will report into the B40 Generative AI Security Engineering & Operations team, ensuring proactive incident review, managing operational risk, quick response to AI-related issues, and coordination with engineering and product teams for system reliability, accuracy, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing 24x7 operational readiness for GenAI security platforms with defined SLAs and consequence management workflows. - Collaborating with the Security Operations Center to triage, contain, and remediate incidents. - Ensuring observability, logging, and monitoring provide full operational transparency. - Monitoring GenAI platform dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics round the clock. - Detecting and assessing incidents, classifying severity, and initiating response protocols. - Performing first-level troubleshooting and escalating issues as required. - Maintaining accurate and timely incident logs. - Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling sensitive or customer-facing AI outputs. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 8-10 years of experience in Information Security. - Expertise in Threat Modeling and incident management. - Strong understanding of Gen AI products and security operations. - Certifications like CISSP, CISM, SANS. Preferred skills include exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Azure AI, Vertex AI), and Cyber Security Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SANS, GENAI, AI ML certifications.
