Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Development Specialist. The Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions that address business needs. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, developing technical solutions aligned with project goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. Candidates will also document processes, troubleshoot challenges, and provide technical support where necessary, contributing to the growth of the organization. Qualifications Strong expertise in Software Development and Programming, with the ability to work on multi-platform solutions. Proficient Analytical Skills for problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data-driven decision-making. Effective Communication skills for clear collaboration with team members and stakeholders. A solid understanding of Sales processes and related tools is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented workplace environment. Professional certifications related to software development, project management, or cloud platforms are advantageous.
