Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Development Specialist. The Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions that address business needs. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, developing technical solutions aligned with project goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. Candidates will also document processes, troubleshoot challenges, and provide technical support where necessary, contributing to the growth of the organization.

• Strong expertise in Software Development and Programming, with the ability to work on multi-platform solutions.
• Proficient Analytical Skills for problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Effective Communication skills for clear collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of Sales processes and related tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented workplace environment.
• Professional certifications related to software development, project management, or cloud platforms are advantageous.
