Travel Customer Support Associate

As a Product Support Associate at our company, your role will involve supporting Travelclub customers in booking Flights, Hotels, and other ground services. With 2-4 years of experience, you will utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide excellent customer service by resolving complicated queries and issues. Effective communication in English is a key requirement for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and resolve basic technical or functional issues for customers - Handle calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing timely solutions to their queries - Take ownership of all customer issues and requests - Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns to prevent escalations and maintain service quality - Set and achieve goals efficiently to deliver high-quality service Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate with prior experience in supporting online platforms - Good understanding of computer systems - Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues - Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills - Customer-oriented, cool-tempered, positive, and confident - Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking - Willingness to work in rotational shifts - IATA certification preferred In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, our company offers: - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund If you are considering this opportunity, please note that you may need to commute or relocate to Ernakulam, Kerala.
