Role Overview:

Join us as a multitasking Team Management, support, and sales assistant. Ideal for fresh graduates or interns looking for diverse exposure. Support HR activities, handle customer & sales queries, and assist management members in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle HR-related activities with recruitment, employee engagement, and records management
• Manage customer & sales queries via email, chat, or phone
• Support sales with lead follow-up, reporting, and CRM management
• Assist top management members with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and other administrative tasks
• Contribute to operational and ad hoc tasks, such as content and campaign support, Social Media Marketing, project research, etc, as needed

Who Should Apply:

• Graduates or freshers eager to learn and with a minimum of 3 months of work experience.
• Good communication (written & verbal) & organizational skills
• Comfortable multitasking and working in a startup environment with a proactive and positive attitude
• Basic understanding of Microsoft/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or willingness to learn quickly
• Interest in finance and education is a plus

Duration: 6-month internship/probation with potential full-time offer

What You Get

• Flexible remote work
• First 3 Months: ₹10k–15k fixed (based on experience) + 5% Incentive for Sales conversions.
• Working hours: 9:30 am-6:30 pm (Monday- Friday).
