Job description of Support Executive: 1. Customer Support Respond to student, parent, and teacher queries via chat, email, or phone. Provide prompt resolutions to issues related to course access, login problems, app functionality, or billing. Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in all interactions. 2. Technical Troubleshooting Assist users in resolving issues related to: Learning platform navigation Video/audio not playing App crashes or bugs Payment gateway errors Coordinate with the tech team to escalate unresolved or complex technical issues. 3. Product Knowledge & Guidance Guide students and parents on using the platform effectively. Explain features, course structures, and study plans. Recommend suitable courses based on student needs. 4. Feedback Collection & Reporting Collect feedback from users and report recurring issues or suggestions to product and development teams. Document support issues in CRM tools and help maintain FAQs or help documentation.  5. Training & Onboarding Assist in onboarding new users to the platform by guiding them through setup, features, and best practices. Sometimes conduct walkthroughs or live demos for new users. 6. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with academic, content, and sales teams to address user issues holistically. Ensure a smooth handover of cases that need further support or follow-up. Qualification : Any Graduate Skills: Excellent Good Communication skills, Must have good negotiation skills, Must be detail oriented and an active listener, Researching market trends.
