Roles and Responsibility Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions. Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to improve customer self-service capabilities. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Job Requirements Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. Experience with software applications and technologies is required. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
