Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat. Offer solutions by identifying the root cause of the issue and guiding customers effectively.
- Take ownership of customer issues, following problems through to resolution. Troubleshoot product/service issues by working with relevant teams when needed.
- Identify complex customer issues that require escalation, and work closely with the escalation team to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and create a knowledge base of common queries and solutions.
- Gather and document customer feedback, providing insights to the product and operations teams to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed service-level agreements (SLAs), including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution times.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of work experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and very customer focused
- Good in handling customers and empathetic towards them
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. Passionate about delivering great customer experience is required
- Experienced in using & operating MS-Excel with a aptitude for data
Preferred Skills
- Logistics or E-commerce or any sort of E-commerce enablement experience is a plus
