Job Description

We are looking for a 2 skilled Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Location- Pune

Experience: 2-3 Years

Qualification: B.E. , Diploma

Job Responsibilities/ Job Description

· Responsible for demonstrating the product in house as well as at customer end.

· Responsible for Product Testing.

· Responsible for visit customer site for support activities.

· Responsible for the customer application testing.

· Responsible for preparing the documents such as service cards, Dispatch indent etc.

· Responsible for preparing the monthly reports about customer complaints and related data.

· Responsible for Collaborating on software development projects with the engineering, sales, and customer services departments.

· Responsible for Liaising with clients and incorporating user-defined needs and feedback into application designs.

· Responsible for providing clients with technical support.

· Responsible for Optimizing applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrades.

· Responsible for Contributing to sales presentations, as well as demonstrating prototypes and completed applications.

· Responsible for generating ideas for software innovation based on market trends.

· Responsible for Keeping up with advancements in application engineering and new technologies.

· All the customer support and product repair activities.

· To handle customer calls and product complaints over email, telephone, visits and skype.

· To verify if the customer complaint is valid or invalid.

· To define the timelines for repairing the product and monitor the schedules.

· To help resolve any / all problems of the team members related with the repairing. To support and organize the resources.

· For product testing, repair product analysis rectified product testing.

· To demonstrate the product in house as well as at customer ends.

· For product application development and testing.

· To co-ordinate with production, Engineering, sales department to solve the customer complaints.

· To ensure that all resources are following ISO procedures.

· For verification of departmental documentation including reports, jobs, service cards etc.

· Identify the training needs of subordinates and co-ordinate with HR for training.

· Prepares operating instructions and programs for equipment for Customers

· Oversees installation of machinery and equipment to ensure they function according to specifications.

· Evaluates machinery to ensure it has the capability to complete desired functions.

· Analyses alternative techniques and methods and recommends changes to equipment or procedures as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,365.40 - ₹30,786.31 per month
