Software Support Engineer

• Provide prompt and effective support to customers through 

  HubSpot

  , 

  Intercom

  , email, and chat.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and configuration-related issues.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to escalate and fix bugs.
• Document customer issues, resolutions, and FAQs in HubSpot for internal and client reference.
• Guide customers through software setup, usage, and feature walkthroughs.
• Identify recurring technical issues and work with product teams to improve system stability.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to SLA timelines.
• Work in alignment with 

  PST working hours

   (Pacific Standard Time).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a 

  software support or technical support role

  , preferably in SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with 

  HubSpot Service Hub

   and 

  Intercom

   (support, chat, and automation workflows).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with 

  SaaS products, APIs, and ticketing workflows

  .
• Ability to multitask and manage client communications in different time zones.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting 

  B2B SaaS products

  .
• Basic understanding of 

  SQL, HTML, JavaScript, or API integrations

  .
• Previous experience working night shifts or overlapping PST hours.
• Knowledge of 

  HubSpot automation and CRM workflows

   is a plus.
