Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Support Engineer to join our Operations & Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities. This role involves hands-on work with electronic security systems and networking technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electronic security systems including CCTV, IP Cameras, and Access Control Systems.
• Troubleshoot and manage basic computer networking, including Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) networks and wireless solutions (Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint).
• Install, configure, and support CCTV systems, NVRs, wireless links, and Video Management Software (preferably Genetec).
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide technical guidance and support to field technicians.
• Use Microsoft Office tools for reporting, communication, and project tracking.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all tasks and projects.
• Communicate effectively via verbal, interpersonal, and email channels.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics & Communication or Electrical Engineering.
• Genetec certification is preferred; certified candidates will be given priority.

Work Experience & Skills

• Proven experience with electronic security systems such as CCTV, IP Cameras, and Access Control.
• Strong understanding of computer networking, including OFC infrastructure and wireless technologies.
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining security systems and Video Management Software (e.g., Genetec).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate field technicians during installations and maintenance.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
• Effective communication skills and multilingual proficiency.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
