Promote zero-accident culture and conduct safety audits.

Ensure compliance with environmental and energy conservation norms.

Lead shift engineers, supervisors, and operators.

Provide training on:

• CCM process control

• Defect prevention

• Safety practices

Ensure discipline, skill development, and performance monitoring.

Review and maintain:

• Casting logs and heat records

• Quality reports and NCRs

• Production KPIs (yield, rejection, downtime)

Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer audits).

Implement best practices in continuous casting for stainless steel.

Support trials for new grades and process improvements.
