Supply Planning Team Leader

As a Supply Planning Team Leader, your role involves leading and developing a team of planning professionals to ensure strong performance management and a collaborative team culture. You will be responsible for analyzing supply network constraints, recommending mitigation strategies, and overseeing stock allocation aligned with demand forecasts. Additionally, you will manage supply planning data in compliance with data governance policies and support new product launches and tenders through scenario planning and material readiness assurance. Your expertise in utilizing advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis and ERP systems to develop capacity plans and track KPIs will be essential. Collaboration with manufacturing, procurement, and other functions to maintain accurate and timely planning data is also a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a team of planning professionals - Analyze supply network constraints and recommend mitigation strategies - Oversee stock allocation aligned with demand forecasts - Manage supply planning data in compliance with data governance policies - Support new product launches and tenders through scenario planning and material readiness assurance - Utilize advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis and ERP systems to develop capacity plans and track KPIs - Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and other functions to maintain accurate and timely planning data Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline - Experience in supply planning management, preferably within a global environment - Strong expertise in supply chain planning tools (Kinaxis Maestro, IBP, SAP ECC/S4 Hana) - Proven ability to lead teams, conduct performance reviews, and foster an inclusive work culture - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Please note that the shift timing for this role is 18.30 PM - 3.30 AM and the location is Pune.,
