Supply Chain Specialist

Epiroc India is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Supply Chain Specialist who takes care and supports APAC CSC as a representative of our Supply Chain organization. Focus is on order booking & invoicing of spare parts and capital equipment to the APAC Region.

Job responsibility:

• zero LTI & MTI and 100% reporting of near miss in TIA.
• Order processing
• Receive and review customer orders, ensuring all necessary details are correct (e.g., product codes, quantities, delivery addresses).
• Process orders into the system accurately in a timely manner and order acknowledgement by mail.
• Picking and Packing
• Ensure that the packing process is efficient, and products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Verify that the right products and quantities are packed for each order.
• Label orders correctly with shipping information, customer details, and tracking numbers.
• Shipping and Distribution.
• Select appropriate carriers and shipping methods based on order size, customer preferences, and delivery times.
• Ensure that all shipping documentation, such as invoices, packing slips, and customs forms (if applicable), are included with the order.
• Communication.
• Handle customer inquiries or issues related to order status, delivery delays, or product availability.
• Provide proactive communication about any potential delays or backorders and work with customers to find solutions.
• OR booking and OI communication to all concern teams.
• Return and Exchange.
• Oversee the processing of returned orders, ensuring that returns are logged, inspected, and processed correctly.
• Coordinate with the CC team to handle exchanges, refunds, or replacements as needed.
  

Educational And Skills Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in commerce from reputed institutions.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Self-starter and goal oriented.
• Attention to details and strong sense of responsibility.
