Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services. Assess, Design, Build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Supply Planning capabilities including Inventory Planning/Optimization, Materials Requirements Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Supplier Collaboration and Supply Planning within Integrated Planning. You will be part of Supply Chain Planning Team which is responsible for end to end supply planning and execution • Manage Overall Category Manager Compliance and Management (Strategically in terms of Sales, Gross Profit, Promotion/ Module planning, etc) • Manage Overall Category Manager Compliance and Management (Tactically in terms of day to day operational activities etc) • Review with SCM s/ASCM Overall DC Compliance and Management (Tactically in terms of DC capacity, Appointment dates, DC shipments, other day to day activities etc) • Accountable for BU scorecard and report to cover strategical aspects, issues and initiatives • Accountable for weekly service level summary indicating major impacts to service level for prior week. • Accountable for status updates pertaining to business unit performance including Service Level projection (Expected Result) • Develop and Execute Key Reports as per client request • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment • Strong analytical and problem solving mindset • Out of box thinking • Solid organizational skills with ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to drive transformational change • Solid multi-phase project management skills • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers that have resulted in high customer satisfaction
What are we looking for? • Manage team workload and reassignments with Supply Chain Managers / Planning Leads • Manage and plan warehouse inventory, service levels for assigned product categories • Accountable for warehouse inventory and service levels for assigned product categories • Responsible for communicating service level performance to client. • Commission root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues • Recommend and implement process changes to drive efficiencies • Represent the team in supply chain performance meetings • Work with associate managers, process and team leads to allocate workload and assignments to the team • Accountable for coaching, mentoring and motivating associate managers and specialists • Manage and develop career goals both short term and long term for Specialists and Associate Managers • Deliver quarterly reviews and develop succession plans • Assist Associate Managers in preparing and delivering specialist reviews • Serve as point of escalation for On-Site Service Delivery team and Client retained organization to resolve open issues • Manage Overall Vendor Engagement, Compliance and Management (Strategically in terms of Opportunity to collaborate, negotiations, etc) •
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility • The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors • Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals • Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach • Some latitude in decision-making in involved • you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility • The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
