Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain management including procurement, logistics, inventory, vendor relationships, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution
Identify and manage risks related to supply chain disruptions
Analyze data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and logistics partners
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards

Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in supply chain management or a related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry trends
