Qualifications

  • You have an experience of 5-8 years
  • Expertise in Demand Planning to accurately forecast customer needs and balance inventory levels.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and optimizing supply chain processes.
  • Experience in Supply Management, including supplier selection and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Knowledge of Procurement processes for effective sourcing and purchasing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are a plus.
  • Prior experience in the apparel or fashion industry is beneficial.
