Role Description This is a full-time role for a Supply Chain Manager ( Apparel ) based on-site in Bengaluru for one of our client (Gymtonico). The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, including inventory planning, demand forecasting, procurement, and vendor management. They will analyze data to optimize supply efficiency, monitor inventory levels, and ensure product availability. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement effective supply chain strategies and ensure seamless operations. Qualifications You have an experience of 5-8 years Expertise in Demand Planning to accurately forecast customer needs and balance inventory levels. Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and optimizing supply chain processes. Experience in Supply Management, including supplier selection and maintaining supplier relationships. Proficiency in Inventory Management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Knowledge of Procurement processes for effective sourcing and purchasing decisions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are a plus. Prior experience in the apparel or fashion industry is beneficial.
