Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist and Administration position located in Bengaluru with one of our client (Gymtonico). Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming calls and correspondence, maintaining a welcoming reception area, and handling general clerical and administrative tasks to support office operations. The role requires effective communication and customer service to ensure a professional environment at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong in communication with 3-6 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and welcoming visitors.
  • Strong Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Customer Service expertise to provide a positive experience for visitors and handle inquiries effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in a front-office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Femal candidates preferred.
