Supply Chain Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure to carrying out research and analysis to predict consumer demand so as to manage inventory and guide supply chain operations.
• Tracking daily production pro-rate and achieving output targets.
• MRP run to plan master production schedules based on sales forecast, production capacities, inventory policies, lead time and other constraints.
• Reviewing and analyzing the production plan against target volume, Capacity & Resources
• Sharing Production status to CSC team.
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
• Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or production capabilities.
• Coordinating with the purchase department for arranging required material on time to avoid the machine and line stoppages
• Work closely with the production and sales teams to ensure alignment on production goals and timelines.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production planning and performance metrics to management.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and other continuous improvement programs.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any quality issues that arise during production.
• Assist in training production staff on scheduling processes and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement projects that contribute to reduced environmental impact (e.g., material optimization, energy efficiency).
• Identify environmental aspects and impacts associated with production planning decisions (e.g., overproduction, material waste, energy use).
• Integrate ISO 14001 requirements into the production planning and SCM processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 7+years of experience in Supply Chain
• Sound Knowledge in planning & data interpretation and ensure timely delivery plans.
• Cordial working with sales team.
• Strong team leadership, good overview and under high pressure.
• Good analytical thinking, strategy and decision making.
• Good communication/interpersonal and problem skills.
