Role & responsibilities

1.

  • Develop and execute Territory sales strategies to achieve business objectives and market growth.
  • Lead and manage the Territory sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive pressures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable transactions.
  • Forecast regional sales performance, setting targets and developing action plans to meet them.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service teams to align efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize the territorys sales efforts, ensuring all customer needs are met.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with new and existing customers emphasizing sustainable and eco-friendly solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, EHS, Production) to ensure customer requirements and environmental standards are met.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales with focus on territory management in manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, as well as basic data analysis.
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.
