Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
  • Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels and maintain brand integrity.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, website, print, social media, etc.) to promote products and services.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content (blogs, social media posts, website, newsletters, etc.) to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing to enhance online presence.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and market trends, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Foster relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and webinars to increase brand awareness and engage with customers.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that highlight the companys environmental initiatives and compliance with ISO 14001 standards.
  • Collaborate with EHS, Quality, and Operations teams to integrate environmental messages into marketing campaigns and communications
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to stay competitive.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors / Masters’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other Marketing tools, as well as basic data analysis.
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.
