Job Description

Buyer Projects Purchasing

Procurement & Sourcing:

Manage purchasing of electro-mechanical materials and coordination with vendors.

Project Cost Tracking:

Track project cost vs. budget vs. price schedule throughout the project.

Order Fulfillment:

Ensure timely supplier deliveries and handle dispatch/logistics coordination.

Project Coordination:

Align procurement with project approvals and interdepartmental timelines.

5. Inspection & Quality Control:

Support final inspections and manage related quality documentation

6. MIS & Documentation:

Maintain procurement records and generate regular project MIS reports.

Academic Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) or relevant degree.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong organizational and coordination skills
Basic understanding of electro-mechanical components and systems
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems (if any)
Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
Good communication and vendor negotiation skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic project environment

Reporting Structure & CollaborationReports To: Head Supply Chain ManagementCollaborates With:

All internal departments (MSW, Process Engineering, Electrical & Commission etc.)
HR & Internal Communication Team
Team Leaders across Business Units
