You will be designing systems that include, but are not limited to: Pumps: Centrifugal, screw, submersible, dosing, firefighting pumps Conveyors: Screw, belt, and chain conveyors Shredders, Crushers, Wind Sifters, Screens Reactors, Scrubbing Columns, Blowers, Fans Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers Water Treatment Units: RO, UF, ZLD systems Piping Systems: For water, slurry, gas, grit Valves, Dewatering Units, Gas Accessories (Flare, Flame Arrester, Compressors)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Key Result Areas (KRAs) Design Engineer KRA 1. Process & Equipment Design Key Activities Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Develop PFDs, P&IDs, layouts - Accuracy, timely delivery, error- free approvals 2. Technical Documentation - Prepare drawings, BOMs, specs - Completeness, client acceptance, documentation cycle time - Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals - Collaborate with sales and tendering teams 3. Standards Compliance -Number of non-conformities, audit scores 4. Vendor/Client Support - Interact for approvals and clarifications - Client satisfaction, vendor input quality Academic Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech in Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering ¢ M.E. / M.Tech is preferred Skills & Competencies Required 510 years of relevant experience in design for wastewater/chemical/MSW projects Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) Familiarity with industry codes and standards (IS, ASME, API, etc.) Strong documentation and project coordination skills Willingness to travel to project sites across India Reporting Structure & Collaboration ¢ ¢ Reports To: Head - Proposals Collaborates With: Process Engineering Supply Chain & Procurement Project Execution & Commissioning Electrical & Instrumentation Teams Clients, Vendors, and Consultants Finance, HR, and Admin Teams
