Process & Equipment Design Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and general arrangement (GA) drawings. Perform equipment sizing, material selection, and component specification. Design layouts for treatment plants (solid and liquid waste systems). 2. Engineering Calculations & Specifications: Prepare and validate engineering calculations for pumps, blowers, scrubbers, piping, and other system components. Specify mechanical equipment and ensure compatibility with process design and site conditions. 3. Drawing & Documentation: Generate and review 2D/3D CAD drawings, fabrication drawings, and design documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical files, design notes, and BOMs. 4. Standard Compliance: Ensure designs comply with national and international codes (e.g., IS, ASME, API). Coordinate with QA/QC teams for design validation and internal audits. 5. Coordination & Support: Work closely with proposal, procurement, and execution teams to ensure design alignment with project goals. Support site execution teams with technical clarifications and as-built documentation. 6. Client & Vendor Interaction Interface with clients and third-party consultants for design approvals.
