Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct in-depth research to identify prospective clients and market trends
• Analyze competitor activities to position SFCs offerings strategically.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
• Understand client needs and act as a trusted advisor.

Sales Strategy & Collaboration

• Work closely with sales and technical teams to align on go-to-market strategies
• Contribute to development of region-wise and product-wise sales plans

Lead Generation & Qualification

• Identify and pursue new leads through networking, events, and referrals
• Qualify leads based on business potential and technical compatibility

Proposal & Negotiations

• Prepare compelling proposals and deliver impactful presentations
• Articulate the company’s value proposition effectively to varied audiences
• Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure profitable contracts
• Ensure win-win outcomes while maintaining company profitability

Technical Understanding

• Possess deep understanding of engineering solutions related to wastewater and solid waste management
• Translate technical knowledge into value-driven conversations with clients

Reporting & CRM

• Maintain updated records in CRM tools
• Provide periodic sales and pipeline reports to management
