Job Summary: We are seeking a technically skilled and process-driven Assistant Manager Purchase with hands-on experience in sourcing for Biogas/CNG/LPG plants , managing procurement documentation, vendor negotiations, and coordination with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong project understanding and contribute to smooth procurement execution through ERP/SAP systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage sourcing activities for equipment and materials required in Biogas, CNG, and LPG plant projects . Handle the NFA (Need for Approval), PR (Purchase Requisition), and PO (Purchase Order) processes efficiently and in line with company policies. Prepare and review Station Layouts and Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) in coordination with project and design teams. Lead vendor identification, evaluation, onboarding, and management including technical and commercial negotiations. Respond to technical queries from vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate scope and specifications. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including PESO (Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation) and PNGRB (Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board) . Collaborate with Field and Safety Teams for timely delivery and installation of procured equipment. Oversee FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) documentation for critical items and processes. Monitor and optimize the ERP/SAP workflow , ensuring real-time updates and accurate procurement tracking. Support project planning and scheduling , especially in procurement timelines and logistics coordination.

We are hiring Civil Engineer - Design & Estimation. Role & responsibilities 1. Prepare, coordinate and assist, as required, in the preparation of multi-disciplinary proposals for the water and wastewater industry, working with the Senior Proposals Engineer 2. Discuss project requirements with clients and sub-contractors 3. Develop a strategy for each tender in conjunction with other members of the team 4. Define process requirements for proposals and tenders that will ensure that specified water and wastewater quality standards can be met in consultation with process designers 5. Specify suitable process plant equipment, prepare plant layout and P & I D proposal sketches for drafting 6. Undertake, coordinate and assist in the process design (including process guarantees), engineering design and production of specifications for proposals in association with mechanical, electrical and process designers 7. Direct Draughtsman in the production of tender drawings. 8. Check specifications and tender drawings to confirm compliance with overall design 9. Ensure appropriate commercial input to tenders in conjunction with other members of the team 10. Prepare and / or assist in the preparation of cost estimates using company estimating tools 11. Prepare, coordinate and assist in the writing of reports, technical write-ups, data sheets, and process plant descriptions for tenders 12. Compile tender documentation incorporating all technical and commercial inputs 13. Participate in tender reviews Desired Profile: 1. Degree qualified in a civil engineering discipline. M.tech Structural or Environmental Engineering added advantage 2. Must have experience of writing technical reports 3. Experience within the water industry essential 4. Ability to work on multiple assignments 5. Knowledge and / or experience with Causeway or other similar estimating software 6. Highly proficient in Auto CADD Skills required : 1. Civil Engineering 2. Design and detail engineering of Biogas / Compressed Biogas projects , preparation of Request for Proposal , Evaluation of techno-commercial proposal for equipment Experience in Biogas , Compressed Biogas , Wastewater treatment , Effluent Treatment , Sewage treatment Rewards on milestone achievements

To supervise, manage, and control all operations during the day shift (8 am to 6 pm) after the commissioning of the factory. Background in bio-energy and biomass sector is preferred. Previous experience at bio-CNG or CBG plants will be highly valued

Preparation of layout, PFD, P&ID, HFD, electrical load list and power consumption at different at different conditions with respect to tender guaranteed parameters. Prepare enquiry documents (RFQ), scopes of work, datasheets, etc for valves, pumps and other engineering items with proper selections required Water & Wastewater/Effluent Treatment Package and bids. Preparation of Control philosophy, O&M manual, commissioning book etc. for the execution of the project. To interact closely with PLC engineer to help in logic development for FAT and SAT. Taking part in the Commissioning activities of the project. Will be part of a team working on an innovative project, reporting to the department manager/ team leader. Participation in technical meetings, decision making, preparing MOM and coordination with the clients and overseas offices. To prepare technical evaluation and comparison of documents furnished by different manufacturers and get the technical clarity from the vendor independently
