Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Follow up with existing vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of materials. Track and manage delivery timelines, addressing any delays or issues proactively. Identify and evaluate new suppliers online and through other channels for specific outsourced items. Coordinate sample approvals, pricing, and quality checks with new vendors. Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, delivery challans, and follow-ups. Work closely with production and dispatch teams to align material flow with production schedules. Assist in negotiation and cost analysis when onboarding new vendors.
