Day to Day Responsibilities: 1. Prepare journal vouchers and maintain petty cash records. 2. Handle documentation for registration and onboarding processes of OEMs, customers, and partners. 3. Maintain and update the database of vendor contact persons for sourcing IT products. 4. Release purchase orders to vendors and track all loaded orders until completion. 5. Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, bank transactions, and cash files. 6. Follow up with vendors for back-to-back orders, update sales teams and management on delivery timelines, and maintain order tracking sheets in Excel. 7. Validate customer orders and process corresponding vendor orders on respective OEM portals. 8. Coordinate with delivery agents, couriers, and vendors for dispatch and logistics updates. 9. Follow up with customers for payment collection and related documentation. 10. Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock movement, and ensure timely replenishment. 11. Plan inventory levels based on sales forecasts and vendor lead times. 12. Oversee warehouse operations, stock audits, and reconciliations. 13. Ensure timely MIS reporting on operations, stock status, and pending deliveries. 14. Liaise between sales, accounts, and procurement teams for smooth order execution. 15. Drive process improvements for operational efficiency and cost optimization. 16. Preference will be given to candidates who understand the IT Channel Partner / System Integrator ecosystem in Delhi-NCR and North Upcountry territories.
Role Overview The Manager SCM will be responsible for overseeing all store operations including receiving, storing, handling, and dispatching structured cabling products such as copper & fiber cables, patch panels, accessories, and related components. The role ensures accurate inventory management, operational efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock of Belden structured cabling products. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification. Coordinate with sales and operations teams regarding stock availability. Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and manage batch/lot tracking where applicable. 2. Inbound Operations Coordinate with the SCM team of the vendor (Belden) and with courier/transporter partners to track and receive incoming shipments. Verify received materials against purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy in quantity and product specifications. Arrange local manpower/labour for unloading, handling, and stacking of cable drums, boxes, and accessories in the warehouse. Conduct thorough QC checks on all incoming materials—including cable lengths, reel/drum condition, labeling accuracy, and packaging integrity. Prepare and update Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) 3. Outbound Operations Prepare orders as per sales dispatch requests. Ensure correct picking, packing, and dispatching of materials. Coordinate with courier & transporter partners for timely deliveries. 4. Warehouse Organization & Safety Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment. Ensure safe storage of cable drums, boxes, and accessories. Follow proper stacking, material handling, and damage prevention processes. Compliance with company safety standards and warehouse SOPs. 5. Documentation Update stock movement on excel sheet in real time. Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, returns, and damaged goods. Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports. 6. Coordination Liaison with the sales, operations, and finance teams. Manage communication with transporters and vendors. Support audits and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Educational Qualification- Minimum: Diploma / Graduate (Any stream) Experience 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations Experience handling electrical, networking, or structured cabling products preferred. Technical Skills Knowledge of material handling, stock management, and documentation Understanding of cabling products (Cat6, Cat6A, Fiber cables, Patch cords, etc.) is an added advantage Proficiency with MS Excel and inventory modules. Should be experienced in using Microsoft Outlook for sending, receiving, and organizing emails.
