Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle all client RFQs, quotations, and follow-ups. Coordinate with factory and internal sales teams for smooth order execution. Liaise with technical team to understand and convey client requirements clearly. Manage customer correspondence, records, price contracts, and order tracking. Maintain and update client ARCs, rate contracts, and documentation. Ensure timely communication and professional service to all customers. Support management in preparing reports, offers, and presentations when required. Skills & Qualities: Strong written and verbal communication. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups. Comfortable handling multiple clients and priorities. Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Prior experience in B2B or industrial product sales preferred.
