Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day procurement operations for accessories and general supply items. Raise and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for all approved procurement requirements. Coordinate with regular vendors to ensure timely delivery and proper order fulfillment. Track, follow up, and maintain records of all open POs, deliveries, and pending supplies. Identify and source new vendors for accessories or custom parts as per project needs. Support with basic price comparisons, negotiate timelines, and report any issues to management. Maintain procurement documentation and supplier communication records.
