Supply Chain Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, vendor coordination, logistics, and inventory management. The role requires strong coordination skills, analytical ability, and a commitment to timely delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement process including vendor identification, quotation comparison, and purchase order issuance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
• Track shipments, handle logistics arrangements, and resolve any transit issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and material consumption.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and contractual terms.
• Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective procurement and favorable terms.
• Support project teams with material planning and timely availability.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports related to procurement, logistics, and inventory.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for smooth supply chain operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and logistics processes.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Negotiation Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
