Supply Chain Engineer

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to enhance inventory flow, vendor relationships, and overall supply chain performance. Your key responsibilities will include evaluating current supply chain processes, developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies, collaborating with sales and manufacturing teams for demand forecasting, monitoring supply chain KPIs, managing relationships with vendors and logistics partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, documenting processes, and staying updated on supply chain technologies and best practices. The qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in supply chain engineering, logistics, or operations. Strong analytical skills, experience with supply chain management software, excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment are essential. Preferred skills for this role include experience with automation tools and ERP systems, knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices, and familiarity with international logistics and vendor management.
