Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors/suppliers for quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring products are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance using data-driven insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, sales, and operations) to ensure smooth execution.
Anticipate demand and create accurate forecasting systems.
Implement risk management practices to handle supply disruptions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software/tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
