Supply Chain Associate

As a Warehouse Coordinator, your role involves conducting regular stock checks and physical verifications to ensure accurate inventory levels. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring adequate stock levels and placing requisitions for replenishment - Inspecting and receiving incoming materials according to purchase orders, ensuring availability of chemical analysis reports, TDS, and MSDS - Checking for damage, quantity discrepancies, and material specifications - Coordinating with the Quality Control department for material inspection and acceptance - Safely storing FRP materials, especially flammable chemicals and moisture-sensitive items - Labeling, segregating, and stacking materials based on safety and compatibility standards - Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free store environment, optimizing store layout for easy access and material traceability - Maintaining proper ventilation and temperature conditions for resin and chemical storage - Issuing materials to production based on Material Requisition Slips or Job Cards - Tracking material usage against work orders or project requirements - Assisting in internal/external audits by providing accurate inventory data and documentation - Maintaining records of rejected, expired, or waste materials - Coordinating with the disposal team or vendor for safe disposal as per environmental norms - Cross-verifying monthly reports with head office Zoho Inventory Additionally, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
