Supply Chain Associate - FRP

Job Description

1. Conduct regular stock checks and physical verifications 2. Ensure adequate stock levels and place requisitions for replenishment. 3. Inspect and receive incoming materials as per the purchase orders. Ensure chemical Analysis report, TDS, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) are available and accessible. 4. Check for damage, quantity discrepancies, and material specifications 5. Coordinate with the Quality Control department for material inspection and acceptance. 6. Store FRP materials safely, with special attention to flammable chemicals and moisture-sensitive items. 7. Ensure labelling, segregation, and stacking of materials as per safety and compatibility standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free store environment. Optimize store layout for easy access and material traceability. 8. Maintain proper ventilation and temperature conditions for resin and chemical storage. 9. Issue materials to production based on Material Requisition Slips or Job Cards 10. Track material usage against work orders or Project requirements 11. Assist in internal/external audits by providing accurate inventory data and documentation. 12. Maintain records of rejected, expired, or waste materials. 13. Coordinate with the disposal team or vendor for safe disposal as per environmental norms. 14.
