Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supplier relationships, including onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking.
• Conduct supplier risk assessments and support due diligence processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure suppliers meet service, legal, and ethical standards.
• Support the implementation of supplier governance frameworks and policies.
• Track KPIs and supplier metrics using platforms like ProcessUnity - MySupplier (or similar tools).
• Identify areas for supplier improvement and innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or vendor governance.
• Familiarity with supplier risk, compliance, and performance frameworks.
• Experience working with supplier management tools (ProcessUnity or similar).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
• Commitment to working in an inclusive, collaborative, and respectful environment.
