Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings and improve service quality.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic sourcing plans.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to suppliers to enhance their capabilities.
Identify new supplier opportunities and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supplier management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in supplier relationship management, preferably in the IT Service & Consulting industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for building trust and rapport with suppliers.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Experience with contract management and procurement processes is required.
Strong problem-solving skills are needed to resolve issues and improve processes.
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in supplier management is expected.
