About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and passionate B2C Sales Manager/Senior Manager to lead ticket sales for our international conferences and media-led events. This is a high-impact role focused on scaling revenue and driving deeper audience engagement. Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution: Drive B2C and ticket sales for major events and conferences. Market Penetration: Identify and target high-value prospects and convert them into paid attendees. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with CXOs, professionals, and community members. Performance Analysis: Monitor sales KPIs and use data to identify growth opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, content, and marketing teams to align goals and messaging. Sales Strategy: Design and implement sales plans that align with overall business objectives. Requirements: Experience: 7+ years in B2C or event ticket sales, preferably in media, events, or entertainment sectors. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with event dynamics and audience engagement strategies. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation ability. Mindset: Self-starter, team player, and target-driven.
