Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, audit & develop outsourced machining (CNC turning) and heat-treatment vendors
• Implement and monitor supplier quality systems (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control Plans)
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions (8D / Why-Why)
• Lead supplier improvement, scrap reduction & quality enhancement programs
• Support new vendor development & ensure feasibility, sample approval, and ramp-up quality

Skills Needed:

• Strong technical understanding of machining & heat treatment
• Deep knowledge of IATF/ISO practices and quality tools
• Excellent vendor negotiation, monitoring, and communication ability

Salary Package : 7.00LPA-7.50LPA
