Supervisor, Salesforce CPQ

As a Salesforce CPQ - Solution Architect at RSM, you will be a key member of the consulting team, working directly with clients to understand their challenges and deliver high-quality solutions. Your role will involve serving as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote projects, leading teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver as an individual contributor and lead a team of Business Analysts, Consultants, Developers, and/or Solution Architects in various projects - Collaborate with Business Analysts to capture and understand client business requirements, recommend best practices, and prioritize requirements - Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform, taking ownership of the solution design and delivery - Lead technical design sessions, estimate user stories, and develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives - Demonstrate Salesforce CPQ expertise, educate clients on best practices, and ensure adherence to standards across the implementation team - Assist in creating best practice assets and accelerators in Lead-to-Cash/Quote-to-Cash processes - Provide Salesforce CPQ expertise during sales efforts and stay updated on new product releases and technical capabilities from Salesforce - Coach and mentor junior resources, overseeing configuration and development on Salesforce projects Qualifications: - 7-10 years of experience with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience and 2+ years leading Salesforce CPQ project implementations as a Solution Architect - Proficiency in translating business requirements into functional user stories and designing scalable solutions using Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage task assignments and drive issue resolution - Hold Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications, additional experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is a plus Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Advanced Approvals, Salesforce Communities, Salesforce Billing, and recommending CPQ solutions - Functional knowledge of 3rd Party Applications such as Prodly, Conga, SpringCM, DocuSign, etc. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and administering training and documentation to end-users and CPQ admin users - Preferred Salesforce Certifications in various domains - Travel required: < 30% RSM offers a competitive benefits and compensation package, along with flexibility in your schedule to help you balance work and life.
