The Maintenance and Technical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing (MEP), and general maintenance activities within the mall. This role ensures all systems function optimally; safety standards are met. Supervise day-to-day technical operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and building systems. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all technical systems and equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and equipment logs. Support project planning for renovations, upgrades, and system improvements. Ensure all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards (e.g., fire systems, emergency lighting) are met. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs. Manage breakdowns and emergency technical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Provide technical input during tenant fit outs or refurbishments to ensure adherence to mall standards. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Prior mall or cinema experience preferred
