Is role mein aap kaam ki quality aur timely delivery ke liye zimmedaar honge. Saath hi, kuch basic admin tasks jaise attendance maintain karna, staff ki daily reporting, aur records banana bhi aapke under aayega. Zimmedariyaan (Key Responsibilities): Stitching aur finishing department ka daily supervision aur monitoring. Tailors, checkers, aur helpers ki team ko manage karna aur unse kaam lena. Stitching quality aur finishing standards maintain karna. Daily production targets ko achieve karna aur kaam timely complete karwana. Production related issues ko solve karna aur management ko timely update dena. Attendance maintain karna aur basic admin work jaise forms aur records banana. Machine aur material ka sahi tarike se istemal ensure karna. Safety aur cleanliness ka dhyan rakhna production floor par. Staff ko training dena (agar zarurat ho) aur discipline maintain karna. Requirements: Minimum 15 saal ka experience stitching/finishing supervisor ke role mein, especially Kurti ya women’s ethnic wear unit mein. Strong leadership aur team handling skills. Stitching aur finishing ka technical knowledge zaroori hai. Basic record-keeping aur communication skills. Responsible, punctual, aur team player hona chahiye.
