Position: Production & Dispatch Supervisor Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (preferred) Location: Plot 787 | Sector 82 | JLPL | Mohali Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production & Dispatch Supervisor to oversee the production processes and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, meet quality standards, and are dispatched on time. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to coordinate production schedules, monitor inventory, and manage dispatch activities. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely output. Oversee dispatch operations, ensuring on-time delivery of products to customers. Coordinate with various departments, including production, warehouse, and logistics, to streamline the production-to-dispatch process. Implement and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize productivity. Ensure that products meet quality standards before dispatch. Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and dispatch details. Manage the packing and loading of products to ensure they are dispatched securely and safely. Monitor inventory levels and raw materials to prevent production delays. Address and resolve any production or dispatch-related issues in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in supervising production and dispatch operations (minimum 2 years). Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and logistics. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of safety and quality standards in production and dispatch operations. Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with inventory management software (preferred).
